When your return is registered, our customer service will automatically send out a consignment note to your specified emailadress. You are responsible for printing and putting the consignment note on the return package. The consignment note must be placed on the top of the package and then the package can handed in at the nearest Postal service representative. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will make a refund of your products.
You start by contacting our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you want to cancel your order, this can only be done if we have not sent your parcel. If you wish to make changes to your order, we can cancel your order, and then you are welcome to place a new order. If we have already had time to send your order, you can instead make a return and then place a new order.
All our packages are sent from our warehouse in Malmo (Sweden) via Copenhagen (Denmark) as it is the most environmentally friendly and fastest way for us to distribute our orders to Sweden and other countries in Europe.
