All content on the website, including design, text, illustrations, photographs, logos, images and videos are property owned by RELODE or our suppliers and all brands and/or company names mentioned, displayed or in any way mentioned on the website are owned by the respective brands . The website and its content may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Nothing contained on the Website should be construed as granting by implication, estoppel or otherwise any license or right to use any material appearing on the Website, except to the extent permitted by law, without our written consent or the written consent of a third party that owns the rights to the material displayed on the website . The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty. RELODE voids all warranties for any reason as long as applicable laws allow it.

When you order something over the internet, the purchase agreement applies from the moment you receive a confirmation email from RELODE. Normally the confirmation is sent immediately but it can take up to 24 hours after the order has been placed. Payments can be made using the following payment methods:

  • Credit or debit card
  • Mastercard, Visa and Maestro

All prices stated on the website include Swedish value added tax of 25%. The authorities in the receiving country may, depending on the legislation in the country, charge fees, customs duties and taxes. These fees must be paid by the customer. The customer is himself responsible for the administration and payment of such data and RELODE cannot therefore inform the customer of these fees.

Our prices on the website are current and we reserve the right to update prices and promotional prices on the website at any time.

Our stock balance is constantly updated, around the clock. After you have added a product to the shopping cart and proceeded to checkout, your product is reserved for 10 minutes.

On the website, the colors in our images may differ due to, for example, your screen settings. We therefore cannot guarantee that the colors on the website exactly correspond to the colors in reality.

If you return one or more items from the "buy 3 pay for 2" offer, the offer will be canceled and you will pay the regular price for the items you keep.

  • If you return one of three items, you will not receive a refund.
  • If you return two items, you will receive a refund for one of them.
  • If you return all items, you will be refunded for the two products you have paid for.

Discount codes and other promotions only apply to new orders and therefore cannot be applied retrospectively.

If you return one or more items from the offer at a discount ladder, for example "shop for SEK 1000 and get a 20% discount", the offer will be canceled and you will pay the regular price for the items you keep.

If you place your order before 1 p.m., the order will be shipped the same day (applies to working days). Exceptions may occur during or after major campaigns and in connection with public holidays. The checkout shows exactly which delivery methods and prices apply to your particular order.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address on the order is correctly filled in at the time of ordering. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. If the package is returned because the customer has entered the wrong delivery address, the customer will be responsible for shipping and return costs. Please note that RELODE does not replace lost packages due to incorrect delivery address.

For orders over €80, shipping is free. For orders under €80, a shipping fee is added, which is shown at checkout. When you are at the checkout, you will see current prices and delivery methods for your particular order.

Unclaimed packages
For packages that are not picked up at the post office, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping and a handling fee of €10.

Our goal is that you as a customer should always be satisfied with your purchases from us. As a consumer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal by law, but we offer a 30-day open purchase.

Open purchase
As a consumer, you always have the right to cancel your purchase for any reason. We therefore offer our customers 30 days of open purchase, counted from the date you place your order. When we handle your return, you will be charged a return fee of €7.

If you choose to receive a refund on a gift card, the return fee is free. This is perfect to choose if you want to change the model and/or color of the product you ordered. When your return has been processed, you will receive a gift card sent to your email. You can then use this gift card on your new order.

In cases where a return is refused and you wish to get the product back, you need to contact our customer service as soon as possible. If you wish to return the item, it will be sent back for a fee of SEK 99 to cover the shipping and other administrative fees incurred.

Remember that the product must be in original condition* and that the product must be sent back in the original packaging or equivalent for you to receive a full refund.

*Original condition is considered to be that the product:

  • Has all labels still
  • To be sent back in the garment bag
  • Has not been washed
  • Must not smell like perfume or smoke
  • Must not be dirty or have stains from make-up and deodorant
  • Do not wear animal hair as it can cause allergies

If the product does not meet the requirements for original condition, 30% of the product's price will be refunded. If the product is not sent back in the garment bag, packaging or without labels, no refund will be made.

Right of withdrawal
According to the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises (SFS 2005:59), you as a consumer have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you have bought from a company remotely. The cooling-off period starts from the day you as a consumer received the product.

If you want to use your right of withdrawal, you must write to our customer service HERE . You must then return the order within 14 days of receiving the order. See the Consumer Agency's cancellation form here . This form must be attached in the event of a canceled purchase.

If you have been charged for shipping and choose to return your entire order, within the cancellation period, you will receive a refund at Relode's standard shipping cost.
If you choose to keep parts of your order, the shipping cost will not be refunded. When using the right of cancellation, you pay the return shipping.

Our aim is to handle your return within 5-7 working days. However, it may take another 2-4 banking days before the refund has been completed. The refund will be made with the same payment method you used when you completed your purchase. The exception to this is if you have chosen a different repayment method in the returns portal, for example a gift card.

Wrong product in return
Relode is not responsible for products returned to us in error. In cases where the item is found in our return warehouse, you can request to have it returned. In order for Relode to send the item back to you, you will be charged a fee of  €20 to cover the shipping and other administrative fees incurred.

Size changes
We at Relode offer free size changes. As soon as we have received and processed your size change, your new order will be sent to you automatically. You therefore do not need to place a new order. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we have your size in stock, even if you have registered the size change in our portal. If your new size is not in stock when we process your size change, a full refund will be issued.

If you discover that the product is defective when you receive your order, you must immediately inform Relode's customer service about this.

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a consumer must complain about the defective product within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered, which is within two months. If you want to start a complaint, please send us the order number and photo of the defect at .

Each complaint is processed and assessed manually, so it can take 14-30 days before a decision is made. Relode is responsible for the return shipping in the event of an approved complaint.
In cases where a complaint is denied and you wish to return the item, you need to contact our customer service as soon as possible. If you wish to return the item, it will be sent back for a fee of SEK 99 to cover the shipping and other administrative fees incurred.

By consenting to Relode's SMS marketing at checkout and by making a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive regular text messages from Relode (regarding your order, including abandoned checkout reminders, text-based market offers and transactional messages, including requests for reviews from us), even if your mobile number is registered on some "do-not-call" list. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving marketing text messages, reply STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provide within any of our messages. We do not charge a fee for the service but you are responsible for any charges associated with text messages imposed by your provider. Message and data caps may apply.

We have the right to change which sender (eg phone number or email) we use to operate the Service at any time. You will be notified of such occasions. You agree that any message you send to a sender that we have changed, including any STOP, may not be received and we are not responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for any failed, delayed or misdirected delivery of information sent through the Service. Any errors in such information and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or service.

Force majeure occurs when unforeseen circumstances beyond our control prevent RELODE from fulfilling the obligations in these general terms and conditions. These circumstances can be, for example, natural disasters, war, strikes, power outages, fire or other similar events. If these circumstances are not of short duration, both you and Relode have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

Unfortunately, as errors can occur due to the human factor, we reserve the right to make errors regarding product information and prices. Should an error occur, we will correct the error as soon as possible. This also applies to e-mails, text messages and to our partners such as influencers.

Our goal is for our customers to be satisfied. If you as a customer are not satisfied with your purchase, we always try to find a suitable solution for you. In cases where we cannot resolve a specific case, we recommend that you contact ARN (General Complaints Board) for an impartial review of the matter.
