Free size changes

Relode offers free changes of clothing when you are not satisfied with your size you have ordered at home (eg change from S to M). Keep in mind that Relode does NOT offer free return shipping when you buy the same garment in several different sizes to test at home and then send back.

You report your size change on our portal https://returns.richcommerce.co/return/new?c=relode.

Our customer service will automatically send out a shipping note to your specified email which you are responsible for printing and putting on your package. The consignment note must be placed on the top of the package and then the package can be handed in to the nearest Postal representative.

As soon as we have received and processed your size change, we will send out your new order. Please note that there is no guarantee that your desired size is in stock, even if you have registered your size change in our portal.

This is noticed when your size change is handled by us. We will contact you via email in the event of a final sale of the product.

 *Free size exchanges are only viable in Sweden.

 

Do you want to return your items from your order?

Upon return, you register your case on our portal portal:

When your case is registered, our customer service will automatically send out a shipping note to your specified email. You are responsible for printing and putting on your package on this consignment note. The consignment note must be placed on the top of the package and then the package can be left at the nearest Postnord representative. As soon as we receive and process your return, we will make a refund of your products.

You can return your goods within 30 days after you have received your order.

The product must be in its original condition*

Unused with unopened packaging and have any labels left.*

If you choose to send back a package at your own expense, for example with your own purchased stamps instead of using our shipping note, you as a customer are responsible for the package until it has arrived at our warehouse.

 

* Original condition is considered as:

*That the product has all the labels left The product must not have been washed The product must not have a strong scent from eg perfume

* The product must be free of stains from eg deodorant and make-up

* The product must be free of animal hair, as this may cause allergies

 

* If the return handling reveals that the product is dirty (from deodorant or make-up) or has a strong odor (from perfume), 30% of the product's original price will be credited upon refund. (However, this does not apply to cloths that do not have all the labels left, have been washed or have animal hair on them.)

The product may only be tested, and must therefore not be used during a training session. If the clothing item does not meet these requirements on a return, the return will not be approved and we will not make a refund.

We only refund the original shipping of 6 Euros if all goods are returned.

Debiting for a return of 6 Euros takes place upon repayment.

Replacement product will be sent out within 1-2 working days after approved return.

Refund will be made within 7 working days after approved return.

What applies when I want to return one or more products with the offer "buy 3 pay for 2?"

When you return one or more items under the offer "buy 3 pay for 2", the offer will end, and you pay the regular price for the items you keep. If you return one of the three items, you will not receive a refund. If you return two items, you will receive a refund for one item. If you return all goods, you will receive a refund on the two products you paid for.


Do you want to complain about your product / products?

Should you need to complain about your item due to. that the product is defective or that you have received the wrong product / products, we ask you to contact us as soon as the error has been noticed.

Contact us at kundtjanst@relode.se and include the following information: A brief description of your case Order number Customer name, Product name of what you want to complain about. Attach photo of the product The product must be complained about within a reasonable time since the defect was discovered, which according to the Consumer Purchase Act is within 2 months.

The defect must be original and not a wear defect. For example, a hole in the middle of a garment is not a production defect, but wear.

Our customer service will get back to you as soon as we can. Replacement product will be sent out within 1-2 working days after approved complaint.

Refund will be made within 7 working days after approved complaint. If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return cost and replace the product with a new, or equivalent product. If this cannot be done, a credit or refund will be offered.

Delivery time

If you place your order before 16.00, your order will be sent the same day. All orders are sent with your local postal network and delivered within 1-3 working days. Exceptions can be during and after a larger SALE period or holiday. All orders are sent to your mailbox. If the package is too large for the mailbox, it will be delivered to the nearest postal agent and you will be notified via sms or e-mail.

Shipping cost

For orders under 80 Euros, a shipping cost of 6 euros will be added.

Over 80 euros, the shipping is free.

Uncollected package from your postal agent

For uncollected packages, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently 10 euros per package.
